Processing Time

We generally ship orders within 1-2 business days of the order being received. We fulfill orders Monday-Friday and sometimes on Saturdays when we can. Our goal is to get your order to you as fast as possible. 

Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS. We will not provide tracking information for orders that are shipped using regular USPS service. We will provide tracking information for orders that have requested upgraded shipping. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. 

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

Pricing discrepancies

Occasionally, we make mistakes in pricing. We reserve the right cancel an order if a price incorrect. For instance: if we launched a new product and list it for $0 and a customer tries to order 100 of the item — we will not honor that super-awesome deal. That said, we do our absolute best to make sure that we don't miss anything like that.
